Twisty's already mentioned and represented here. I think Playboy needs/deserves a mention at least. FTV, Met Art, Kink.com (Kinky Dollars), Famedollars and Smartbucks are others which comes to mind and that I hold high.
Affiliate manager spam which oze of "I don't care, let's just plaster the pre-made ad again" will effectively scare me as an affiliate away. The camera technique is not that different, the models are not exceptionally more beautiful and what is "awesome content" and not, that I would want to promote, I reserve the right to decide for myself. Not just from a copy-paste post from someone who was "so busy" doing "my job" that one didn't have time for "smallish things" like engaging in a real conversation which could bring in real business or cared enough to make a custom reply but instead thought "ah, a pre-made post will do". It doesn't.
What was more important?
