The project is fully funded, this is an opportunity for someone to get in on it as one of the investors withdrew $2.5M of his $7.5M investment for personal reasons.

If no one puts up a replacement for that money, it doesn't matter, things move ahead as planned anyhow. When I said required, I meant to get in on this opportunity you are required to have that kind of money available; not that the film requires it.

As for why I put it on GFY, well there are some people here, who don't necessarily post, who have that kind of money and are always looking for different things to do with it. I was simply putting it out there for them (and a few have contacted me).

No, not A List, but Rourke is still a hot property since The Wrestler. They are shooting for awards and nominations with this film; likely most profit will come in from DVD sales as opposed to Box Office.
