                                                                          You have to almost laugh at the GFY mob mentality of these guys. Without them, I would not get all this attention in the first place. I have more a less been posting my B&S over in the B&S. I do not say see sig, have arrows pointing at my sig, or anything like that.

                                                                          Some guy, who is not me, posts up a review of a service I provide. The a dozen of the usual suspects attack me personally and professionally for the better part of a week with false accusations, personal and professional attacks, and excessive harassment.

                                                                          Then have the balls to gripe about me?!?

                                                                          This is just another classic example of people trying to bridge two distant points trying to make a case for something that does not exist. The fact I have to reply to Barefootsie drama threads and accusations is not me spamming.

                                                                          The concept of just installing that FireFox plug in or putting me on ignore like an adult also is apparently a concept they can't grasp. More over starting even more threads to gripe about Barefootises.

I appreciate them pointing out the facts and bringing some sanity to threads. But I handle myself just fine.

                                                                                                                                                                  We have seen what happens when even others working with the same clients have piped up verifying this person is real, and not me....whether for content, design, etc.. what happens? They are attacked as well. When other clients have chimed in the thread, they are all attacked and accused of being fake nicks.

                                                                                                                                                                  So for them it's not worth it to say anything, and those who contact me prior referencing the thread I tell them to stay out of it. It's a lose-lose. If all the people I worked with came into a thread, they would all just be called fake nicks or my 'butt buddies'.

                                                                                                                                                                  Few have the patience, and I do not blame them. I am used to it after years of DJ.

I don't understand why anybody would try to ruin another person's business. It's how they feed their family. It just makes no sense to me, and when I see it I kinda get defensive over it.

And then play "Capt. Save-A-Ho" by making it a crusade to hurt me and cost me money.

                                                                                                                                                                                              For the life of me, that's what these kinds of threads look like to me. And the majority of the guys doing it are folks who won't tell what THEY do or what their websites are or how they conduct business.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Just wrong on a lot of levels to me.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Ball busting is one thing. But when you go after a man's livelihood it crosses the line in my eyes.

                                                                                                                                                                                              For instance, if I came after you and tried to hurt your business on GFY. I could potentially cost you some money. And if that happened....I have no idea how your finances are and how close you are each month in meeting your financial responsibilities. Do you have a family member that you are having to help out? Is your wife very sick with high medical costs? Are you struggling with a high mortgage?

                                                                                                                                                                                              I don't know. But my b.s. on GFY might cost you a few hundred bucks that could be the difference between keeping your head above water and drowning.

                                                                                                                                                                                              That's the kind of thing that I don't think people consider when they do this to other people with absolutely no reason other than they don't "like" him.
