average time at an adult company?

What do yall feel the average time someone spends at an adult company?
it seems like it only last for a few months for most people

ive been with oainternet.com now for 5-6 years

how long have you been with your current company ... if you work for one that is

Everyone in the TopBucks office with the exception of two hires, have been here 2+ years. Most 4-5 years+ with three people ready to hit their 10 year anniversary.

Even the remote sales rep side, which normally has the fastest turnover in most adult companies has reps for over two years. Sly has been with about three years, Nadya about three and a half and myself starting my fifth year with TB.

Yeah, it's a combination of good hires that mostly have been referenced by existing employees and a great company that takes care of it's people so they want to stick around.

This is an industry where there seems to be a lot of turnover, so to some of you clocking in long years with some solid companies is impressive.

I've been with DTI Cash for 18 months. Seems a lot longer though. Adult biz is like Hollywood relationships. You never really know.

I am the new guy on the team though. Everyone on Sakura Live team has been with DTI for 6 years plus. One guy has been here almost 10 years. This co. treats their employees really good. So there's very few reasons to leave.

I hope to be here for many years.
