Israeli traffic doesn't convert very well...

my guess is "penis enlargement" is porn/adult related so I can't use google adsense.

any ideas?

Google is not allowing ads on porn sites. I think this is ridiculous, because so many search results on Google are porn, porn, porn. Even when you use "safe mode" for Google Images searches, a few photos are still porn.

basically I agree about sending SE traffic directory to sponsors, but this is Israeli traffic, believe I know what i'm talking about when I say they don't pull their credit card very fast
