One of the problems Americans have isn't what we eat, it's how much we eat. Took the wife out last weekend to a nice dinner and the amount of food they gave me was enough for two full meals.

It's also a lot to do with what's in the food. Today food processors use an oil that makes you feel hungry after a while. I think it's called Palm Oil.
