Sorry you see it that way, definitely not my intention. I'd post the same thing with our without a sig.

This was the first program we actively sent traffic to and I had to pull links last night. EuroRev sent us great traffic just a few months ago, I was really surprised to see them close down. My big beef with any that close is that I don't like how revshare WMs are not paid out, it makes WMs lose confidence in programs that can and will stay open.

If Nasty$ went out of biz, that would open up a lot of traffic to us, it just would. But if Nasty$ closed down, what would the affiliate mentality be? Think they would be jumping to promote us? Probably not for fear of the unknown future. (And just to make it clear - I don't think Nasty$ is going anywhere anytime soon.)

And thank you for the first statement.

no it wouldn't you are delusional. you are so out of touch with the affiliate world. tb is so saturated people can't make sales in traffic that used to do 1:500. my ratios are like 1:20000 now. the more programs that go out of business the more stagnant saturated shit the surfers see. your content is everywhere, no one cares anymore. put out some brand new sites in niches unexplored and we'll talk again.

That's a cash grab. Our program has been up since 2003 and I'd have absolutely zero reason to ever close it. Brings cash in every week and pays out to our affiliates every week. We keep expenses low and concentrate on keeping business flowing.

I couldn't fathom fucking my affiliates and having the balls to ask them to work for me again when things get better.

Sure, the economy is shitty and I wish I was earning more but do a little more work to improve product and less whining. Damn.

you're a topbucks cheerleader you don't count.

tell me that when the web has just a few programs left to send joins to that it won't affect ratios?

the saturation will get worse not better.

Exactly. Why don't they just switch to rev-share? What's to pay for?

yeah but thankfully plenty of affiliates that can't adapt will be left in the dust so it all evens out in the end.

I'm kinda glad I've been concentrating on promoting websites I own, rather than sending my traffic to other places 'hoping' they are trustworthy people.

Sorry to all that have been losing money due to situations like this.

I guess this is why Huda never got back to me the last couple of weeks? Glad we didn't move forward with our deal.

Good point. Still, their sites are really saturated. Less programs = less places for the whores to shoot scenes too, so new girls should be easier to find.

ROFL at how quickly his mug disappeared off of the xbiz website. Although its still all over the cover of the digital version. Haha.

Almost as funny as when they named that douchbag from Metro Ben whatever the business man of the year right before he fucked everyone in porn valley over.

That's the real entrepreneur mindset, friend.
Even in the hardest times a real business man has to go ahead and visualize his goals.
It's too easy to say that times are tough and we will be back next year, if economy lets us.

What I don't understand is that the email says the program will shut down on August 31st, 2010. I tried to login this morning to check on my stats and can't get in! WTF! I agree with those who believe these guys are fucking crooks! Isn't there any legal way to get back at them?

greed is a bitch.

the sites will keep running, the owner will make money and you will all get fucked! im quite sure this is his outlook on the matter as well.

course then again, when your banging cards as hard as they were, you tend to lose bank accounts, which makes taking on new joins quite difficult as well. who knows!

the whole article in Xbiz was pretty funny too, considering they wanted to move their company to the same jurisdiction that put Max Hardcore, one of their clients, in prison. and 80% of their content is not legal in US.

They went down the hill pretty fast after they decided to screw webmasters with redirects to their own phone billing sponsors and messing up customers' credit cards with highly unethical x-sales. They were some of the worst out in the industry ....
