A 2007 st aubagne bourgogne from a stock of 12 I just bought knowing full well today it's excellent but in anything from 5+ years from now it is going to be a blast.
We stayed on champagne this year but couldn't resist trying the new stock to see. It's too young but still great - at new year I'm trying the chassagne montrachet... I really shouldn't cos I know it's way too young, but since I only tested it last year, when I bought it, I've got to try it now - this sucker is going to be the best for 2020.... can I keep a bottle or two that long!
