You're at a webmaster forum so you'll get a differing opinion than if you're on a domainer forum. Bottomline, it's what you do with the non-dot com domain that matters most.
Not mine, but what is the domain worth? its pretty generic enough to be a mainstream website too.
I recently read an article that a top domainer had mentioned that in his opinion .org is second to a .com
If it was your niche what would you pay....
According to research, .org outranks .com on a percentage level.
"Asian girls" receives about 3,666 searches per day. Even the Adsense CPC is about $.55, so if you only monetized via adsense, that's about $.30/click. On average, you'd receive about $1k/mo from that.

Offer $6k and see if the person bites or not.
hmmmm interesting figures...
adsense policy states no adult content, even if I did a huge gallery of non-nude I might run into problems since you need to own the content. adsense pages also cannot be all photos, it needs to also have relevant content. Not sure how much they enforce though, I have been running into huge non-nude photo blogs with adsense.
Non nude on adsense is okay. Just watch your content text and outbound links. You shouldn't trigger an automatic review but if you trigger a maual review (human) it gets much harder to pass.
Email: admin[at]datingport.co.uk - ICQ: 456416181 It's amazing what you (L)earn when you put some effort into it!

do they notify you with a warning? or do they just close your account?
I have been using adsense on a mainstream sports website for years (just pays for hosting)...but you need sick traffic to make real money.
It is prob better to go with anything.com than a .org as you will be building for the .com owner. But yes indeed in the SE's I see differently so those are two opposing views for you to chew on.
Everything is good. There are some funky .com domains getting serious traffic so domain is all about branding and describing your content if you plan on building an actual site. So why do that for the .com owner. That is the old school view and I tend to be in that camp.
But the guy with footcravings.org in the SERPs may feel diff.
Shouts to Silvercash: Still bringing in signups Just had one for $25 big ones console free to footcravings. An oldy but goody.

Blogposts.
asianthumbs.org does well, traffic can be had for .orgs with decent content.
