GFY gives me Anxiety

No joke, couple years ago i came down with Anxiety, no clue why, not afraid of anything, or anyone, nor have much care or concern..

I stopped eating many foods and that helped, and did many other things, i started noticing coming here wasnt helping my temperment either, and stopped coming here..

Not sure if it was the business or the trolls, but not enjoyable.

My anxiety soon diminished, i blamed it on diet and stress and a bad economy etc.. and that was that..

Recently I returned here because I was looking for something in buy/sell trade. and recreated a new account.. came back a few more times started reading the threads and the people once again..

My anxiety has completely returned to full scale..

Anxiety = a fear of a fear, many people don't know where the source comes from. I recommend seeing a therapist, and if it is too strong you need to take some meds. Anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders that is manageable. Sometimes it never goes away but you learn how to live with it, in which becomes the norm. You need to work on helping yourself. It could link back to your childhood or something life changing that ticked off the disorder. Depression is usually linked to anxiety too.

I've had Anxiety for over 20 years now...and learned to live with it. But if your condition stops you from doing things you need to get some help.

A friend of mine recommended laser treatment for anxiety, you just go for one treatment. He received laser treatment to quit smoking and has not looked at cigarettes in almost a year...the same for his wife. I might check it out...$150 seems like a small investment for your health.
