I am new to the TGP game...well...not designing them, but posting them myself. Before I begin posting any galleries, I want to have my ducks in a row. You may have addressed this earlier in the thread but I missed it...what is a "preferred submitter?"

A preferred submitter....
I have their real name, address phone number and contact info.
They make galleries for a living and submit frequently.
They use paid hosting.
They have decent, fresh content.
They never cheat, or redirect or spam.
They get listed 99% of the time.
