and a couple others I am forgetting.

Unfortunately, the list of people who ignore icq's and emails, or make promises and disappear is a lot longer

There are lots of exceptions absolutely.

Timely responses and project management skills well above what would be expected of any company of even that size.

After working a full day, I put in a solid five hours tonight. I added in a new link bar across all 78 of my blogs (manually by hand by editing the footer). On ten of my blogs it fucked things up with the design, and had to be redesigned by scratch. Then once that was done a number of changes and updates had to be made. Then I finished off the posts for blog #78, and then officially added it to my system.

Overall a very fucking productive day.

what really gets me is the attitude more then the lazieness....the overall customer service and how they treat customers i dont get how they stay in business
