I just watched the videos. Animal abuse is a serious felony in most if not all states. He could face some serious prison time, three years or more in this state, as well as some very heavy fines. He is clearly guilty of animal abuse. Assuming that it would be a first offence and the cat may not have been seriously injured there may be a lessor misdemeanor charge placed against him, but he would still be heavily fined and possibly some jail time as well. None the less he is guilty of a crime and if in fact it has been reported as some have stated here, he is probably going to be charged with a crime. Does anyone know what state he lives in?
