either get some heavy card stock like Wausau's Exact Index 110 weight and print out some make-do ones on your own, or forget it.... pro printers will never have them done in time for you.

I'm not sure what state you're in, but do you have an Allegra franchise there? They are a printing outfit that falls somewhere between a Kinko's and a commercial printer. I was able to get a job done in 1 day recently, however, I was able to provide the stock.

What kind of ghetto kinkos you got?

the best thing is design them yourself and have kinkos print it on their hard paper,, then have thier paper cutting cut squares

Take the PDF file to vegas with you, and find a kinkos there !!

I have NEVER heard of Kinko's not being able to do it ... Kinkos does business card orders for me in 3 hours !!!

provided they are set up correctly (ie: 100% bleed has to be done 8-up, and with a ΒΌ" bleed all the way around the card .. if the card does not go right to the edge, you can get away with a 10-up template ... but your borders have to be correct).

Hungryman is right, if your card has color all the way to the sides, well you need a Bleed margin of at least 1/5 of a inch or easier 1/4 inch... and depends on their setup it's 8 or 10 card per page
