I realize there would be no tube debate had Homegrown and a coalition of site owners not stood up to a smarmy group of lawyers that thought they had pulled a fast one.

You are my oldest friend in the business as we both know this precludes the internet back to the days of dial up. I guess very few people know you started out as THE good guy in this business.

the only reason i say that, its cause thats how brazzers/manwin/mansef feels, im not trying to attack you in anyway, i have respect for you and your company, im just saying this is how they feel about this issue, as long as you issue a dmca request and they will take it down, but thats after the fact they know whaty they are doing is wrong, they just try to do it for as long and to make a profit off others work until they are "caught" meaning a dmca is issued.

The only thing i saw was your reply about lightspeed steves car being stolen and you saying it was ok as long as it made him money, or maybe i misread into that.

My apologies - I am getting a bit sensitive for obvious reasons.

I can explain that perhaps more clearly by saying that if my car is one of those that has been plastered with ads like a metro bus then someone driving it around before I got it back isn't hurting me too terribly. Inconveniencing, yes, but at the end of the day it was not a total disaster. Would I want them to ask next time? Yes. Would it be ok to do it with out asking? No. Of course not. But I blame myself for leaving the keys out and will take steps to avoid that in the future. Hope that makes more sense.

3) What role, if any, do Stephane Manos (Man) or hahahahahahaha (oops, forgot, for some reason O-u-i-s-s-a-m, without hyphens, appears as hahahahahahaha on GFY) Youseff (Sef) play in Manwin's current operations?

4) Does Virage Media Limited still exist? If not, when did it cease to exist, and why? Are the former Virage Media Ltd properties now part of Manwin?

5) When did Manwin come into existence, and who are the partners/investors?

6) When did Manwin acquire Mansef? In March or July, or whatever date?

7) Is Bob Rice still a part of your Manwin operation? If not, when did he leave?

If you would care, you would not ask questions I have answered previously, neither would you act like a 5 year old and post pictures or trying to redicule me. All you care about is stirring this up over and over again, even me answering these questions again would just make you post some stupid picture and then claim I am just lying anyway.

I won't, can't, and don't want to speak for others, but I have not threatened... will not travel to FLA, but still would like to hear plain, simple answers.
