Hans Gruber: Mr. Mystery Guest? Are you still there?
John McClane: Yeah, I'm still here. Unless you wanna open the front door for me.
Hans Gruber: Uh, no, I'm afraid not. But, you have me at a loss. You know my name but who are you? Just another American who saw too many movies as a child? Another orphan of a bankrupt culture who thinks he's John Wayne? Rambo? Marshal Dillon?
John McClane: Was always kinda partial to Roy Rogers actually. I really like those sequined shirts.
Hans Gruber: Do you really think you have a chance against us, Mr. Cowboy?
John McClane: Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker.Last edited by LickMyBalls; 07-17-2010, 12:41 AM.Comment

Amazing to see the BRO gang in full effect once again. At the end of the day people simply DO NOT care. That's what's hurting this industry.Media Buyer - Sell me your traffic!

The only person named Fabian whom I have dealt with in adult was a fellow years ago that was trying to get me to license my content for ITVN and XTV (both now defunct set-top box companies who shared Charles Prast of iBill fame in common).I do not know why, but I know you from somewhere, the nick rings a bell and I do not know why.. I can nolonger place if its positive or negative... but oh well.
I have a stupid question though.. Virage was "amongst the worst copyright offenders"?? You can only mean XTube, but uhm, you clearly can't, considering the amount of money XTube pays for content licenses each month and pays to Studios in royalties...
I have not ducked any connection to Virage, I have simply not talked about it, and I still see no reason why I should...
That the Manwin site is the same has a simple reason, I would prefer focusing on stuff that actually matters over a corporate website used mainly for HR. A new site is in the works though and I hope it will be up soon, but I did not want to delay any PR until that was done.
Still reticent about Virage, who owned more than just Xtube.
How many DMCA takedown requests did Xtube process last year?
Many large tube sites purchase content. That is irrelevant to the point I was making. Hell, I have licensed lots of 3rd party content myself as bonus material to the people who join my sites for my exclusive content. I just don't use anyone else's copyrighted content without permission or a license, period.

Don't listen to the guys telling you everything will be ok, and that this is a great move and you should all come aboard the good ship. Let them PROVE it to you first. Sorry, missed this one...
No, I have actually not lied. I have nothing to do with envisionext.com. I am good friends with Stan, yes, never denied that... Have known him for ages too... But no, we do not own envisionext.com ...
Your information is a few years old.. things change.
O'rly?!?
I guess it's not lying when you say that you have nothing to do with Envisionext, and that you are simply good friends with Stan.
The only thing is, you neglected to mention that according to LinkedIn, Stan Fiskin was simultaneously CEO of Envisionext and COO for Virage.
I can understand why you don't want to discuss Virage, but why can't you tell us who your current "partners" are in Manwin, if you are so proud of this fine upstanding company?
Let me guess - LinkedIn has it in for you:
Stan on LinkedIn
Keep spinning...
I'll ask again, since you say you don't lie, who are the other partners in Manwin?

Surprisingly enough people can work for two companies at the same time without the two companies being owned by eachother. Also, as I have said, in case you missed it "things change"...
Anyway, to get to your question you seem to be so interested in... even though I have no obligation towards you whatsoever, and since honestly you are not going to believe me anyway... but who cares... if by "Partners" you mean shareholders, which is the only thing I can imagine, then there are no other noteworthy partners (noteworthy in terms of owning more than 1 or 2 %)
But now, obviously, you are going to call me some name again, or say I am obviously lying or whatnot... So considering that, if you think I am lying, come and prove it or STFU. I think there is some GFY rule... hmm..."Think about it a little more and you'll agree with me, because you're smart and I'm right."
