    So Nathan is the face that Manwin wants us to see, even though he has had shady tubes in the past, makes you wonder about who the other "partners" are.

            Don't think you will ever find a statement where I say producers should be screwed over. If you did, read it close as it may be a sarcastic reply to someone who was in support of illegal tubes or torrents.

            One thing is for sure, I don't continue to do business with those who I have to constantly remind to stop stealing from me. That is what is pathetic. It's like an abused wife who just keeps going back for more because she feels that's the best she's ever going to get.

                                If what a company is doing is illegal...why then does not someone take them to court...and win. The time or two that a company was taken to court that I am aware of...if I recall correctly the judge dismissed the case. If what a company is doing is not illegal then why the constant bitching? Apparently the bitching does not seem to affect their bottom line as many of them...such as this company seem to be doing very well financially. Is it simply jealousy that they make the big bucks and the ones that are bitching do not? That is what it appears to be to me. Am I wrong?

                                    I have a stupid question though.. Virage was "amongst the worst copyright offenders"?? You can only mean XTube, but uhm, you clearly can't, considering the amount of money XTube pays for content licenses each month and pays to Studios in royalties...

                                    That the Manwin site is the same has a simple reason, I would prefer focusing on stuff that actually matters over a corporate website used mainly for HR. A new site is in the works though and I hope it will be up soon, but I did not want to delay any PR until that was done.

                                        I am not going to comment on anyone that calls us a "thief" or claims that all content on our tubes is uploaded by us, since its simply an idiotic game to play and there is no sense in discussing with any of them about it since they will keep coming back with the same stuff over and over again...

                                                        I think I can see where this headed and if I am right it is actually very smart.

                                                        I understand that many of you guys posting feel personally aggrieved and financially robbed by previous actions of the sites concerned but reality is that sounding off on a forum doesn't help anything.

                                                        I don't imagine it will stop "Nathan" sleeping at night and I don't imagine he will put his hands up and say "sorry we did you wrong here is a check for $1 million as an apology".

                                                        If I was a previously violated content producer (which I am not), I would not only be concentrating my time on better protecting my content (as Robbie clearly has) but I would also be reading the content of the posts here and thinking how I could in future get money from these people, which is why most of us are actually in business (those of us that actually are).
