We do work with Stan on certain subjects though, for example we use AdultCentro, so.. as a customer of his, I guess he would be biased... We definitely do not take part in any illegal activity. We would not be able to grow the way we have if we did. And if "everyone knew it", as you imply, no one would want to do business with us.
The way we?ve done business is through legitimate ventures, collaborations and purchases.
Regarding content theft, we are doing our part with the Paid Partner Content Program ? where we direct traffic back to its original source. The Program is one of multiple initiatives we have started since we acquired the assets and is absolutely free to sign up and greatly benefits content owners. As for contested videos, all you have to do is alert the site to get it taken down ? no questions asked.
In this day and age, no one survives without transparency ? so that?s how we do business.

Piracy was here long before net days for us. We are no strangers to it. In this case we are able to turn a negative into a positive and profit from it in a mutually agreeable fashion, and in a way that was never possible when Times Square pirates would take every release and ruin sales in the Northeast for everyone.

Now I don't know who posted our stuff without persmission and the fact that I don't care is not necessarily pathetic either. It is more pragmatic than anything else.
