Sorry, it's true. If I was in the market for a V8 '67 Chevy Camaro, or 70's Dodge Charger, or a "Mach One" 1973 Mustang, they would only be interesting to me in their original, un-modified versions. The original engineers behind most cars take alot more into consideration than modders who weld-on after-market headers here and there. Maybe it's just me, but the original feel + sound + power + handling, taken as a whole, is always better.

100k and 11s is cool if you bought a lambo. There is absolutely NO possible way that car has 100k in it. Period. Unless he is counting cost of the car new, cost of all parts at list price, double the labor, and then counts the price of the car new again.

My car has less than 30k in it, including the car, and makes the same amount of horsepower that white one does, but it also is more than 11 second capable ON STREET TIRES. I would say it would run 11s on the motor (11.60-11.80) and deep into the 10s on the bottle.

lol that car doesnt have 100k into it bro get real, 25-30k MAX. a built motor and turbo kit for that car will run you 15k installed by stillen themselves, it has a pos auto trans, old school tuner...and 17' volk wheels that were cool in 2000. all it has going for it is a clean body, and even if that trans is built, which its probably not otherwise it would have been mentioned in the auction only says rebuilt with a TQ converter...meaning no stronger clutch bands, cryoed gears, valve body, transcooler, etc. 35k+ a car thats worth maybe 8k now especially since its auto. oh and new seats, lol. Also, the auction is listed that the car has GT-R brakes, those are stock Z32 calipers on that car.

haha 300zx are notorious for rust in the frame rails too. i honestly cant see this car getting more than 10k if that. even under the hood is some random wires not loomed up or anything, i really dont think stillen would let a car leave their shop like that. Not to mention lack of any type of gauge whatsoever in the car, no Wideband, boost guage ( i see the controller), oil pressure, pyrometer...pretty important to have in a car with 500+ hp

edit: The 300zx is one of the most fun cars I've ever driven. I just don't know if I could buy one with over 100,000 miles on it. The V6 sounds kind of meh, but they are so easy to get 400hp out of with some bolt ons and a boost increase. I love the internet, mostly because people absolutely hate on cars they've never driven, and get into a frothing at the mouth rage when someone likes a car that they do not.

And yes, I have ridden a Harley. I felt like a big douchebag just sitting on it as it thump thump thumped away. It wasn't even as fast as my slow car. I don't get the appeal.

With over 500 at the wheels and an auto, this car would dip into the 10's with ease. Any car that can get into the 11's is fast. 10's is a whole different ball park.

that car isnt running 10's i can tell you right now...it was an NA - TT conversion it will never be as good or as fast as a stock TT with the same mods. I personally asked the seller for dyno and an explanation as to why there is ZERO gauges in a car like this. I just have a hard time believing stillen, out of all companies would use a basic piggy back (Jim Wolfe Tuned ECU) rather than a standalone, no pyrometer, egt, oil pressure....these are extremely important components to have on a car of this said "caliber" and it has none. no methanol injection, no water injection...and i asked if it was tuned on race gas or pump to get out that 516 rwhp...all questions were avoided except for a dyno that was posted that looks like it was made in MS paint. And oddly enough, as i call out all the imperfections in that auction "new" things keep getting added to the list of performance parts.
