Hi,

This is a lingering issue from the spate of bad checks Webmaster Checks sent out a couple of months ago. SOBV has not come forward to make good on the missed payment. Webmaster Checks has made it clear that they think they are not responsible for their bounced checks.

We would love it if either company would come forward and resolve the issue.

Sorry to at you but that is funny. You are going to waste your time and money looking for ghosts and shell corps that only exist so they can get more merchant accounts.

you don't know what your talking about, trust me. I wouldn't proceed with this, if I didn't. If you think these guys cant be touched, then cast your mind back a year or so ago to a similar issue. They closed his account afterwords, small price too pay

Sorry, I mis-read your post. Perhaps they do have shell accounts etc that may will be the case, but it's worth a try and I'm going to give it a good go. It's better off to try something than to not try at all, Plus I'm not doing this on my own

Key words are accounts (plural), international banks (plural) and nominee directors (plural). Trust me, it's not as easy as you think. There is a lot you have to prove and you simply won't be able to do it. Your legal fees will probably cost more than what you are owed.

Right about now they are probably moving things around so you can't get to it even if you had a chance before. You never give someone a heads up about something like this. You strike first never giving them time to react or even know its coming.

Losing a merchant account is not the same as someone being able to touch your true assets and anyone worth their weight is not going to keep their nest eggs (plural) in the same account where they do high risk processing and stand to lose it all.

You have some set of stats that say they owe you money. You think some bank that prides itself on hiding assets is just going to freeze their account because some porn webmaster claims they owe him money? Most of these banks tell the IRS to piss off. Don't think you're going to get far.

I hope you can collect but you already lost the element of surprise and they are probably 100 steps in front of you and everyone else. For the record they are now late on my payment as well. I will be sending all my traffic to Pimp Roll next week unless I collect. Doesn't matter to me, can change out all the links server side and get paid from someone else. I'll spill the beans if that day comes and just may help you out with some info you may not be able to get otherwise along with a lot of other programs and projects they have their hands in.

They do. Lots of them. In many different names. Its a huge ball of thorns tangled around something you can never touch. It was designed this way, for reasons like this.

Have at it though. First you need to know who you're after. The names you have, are they even real names? You're going to end up chasing your tail. Trust me.

You have to prove not only that you are owed this money but also that whoever owns the program (assuming you can even find out who even really owns it and what their real name is) owns that bank account and company holding the account, which is probably another company owned by another company and so on. You will be dealing with international law, crossing country borders and dealing with banks that tell the IRS to fuck off on a regular basis. And this is just to get to the accounts for merchant processing, which is probably kept pretty empty due to the high risk nature.
