Maybe they re-assigned the guy who usually puts the mail in the mail bag to handle your support issues to give Paul a break? ccbill are safe enough in my opinion, with the rates they charge they would have to be pretty irresponsible to mis manage themselves out of business. They just like to hold on to the money as long as they possibly can and of course they love the holidays. There is no reason for them to send out payments a day late other than to enjoy another day or three's interest on the money. Personally I think they should follow the example set by Zombaio and send holiday payments out a day early, but they never will because nobody is threatening their grip on the market. |

Deductible or not, a fee is still a fee that you don't need to pay. It's wasted money. |

Are you not charged fees to send from online account and also to receive in the original account when you move the money? Sounds like more charges not less. |
Got last weeks check THIS Monday.

I have a few thousand per month in checks....should I go wired??? How much is it to get it wired? |
:mad::mad:Still waiting on my checks for the week of 6-20 and 6-27...I emailed support, and got a reply back with the same ol BS of ...if I want to stop payment it's going to be $20 from each check. Thats BS, why should I have to pay a fee because someone else fucked up...makes me want to punch a baby in the face.:disgust I don't have a choice though, If I want some money, I'm going to have to do that, I'm going to give it till next Tuesday. Grrrrrrr....:disgust

Sign up for an online bank like ING, make sure the bank you choose does not charge fees for incoming wires. I use ING myself but I don't have any wires sent to it so I don't know if they charge, but I'm assuming they don't. Then you go into your primary bank account and request a transfer from your secondary bank account (in my case, ING.) These transfers do not cost anything (if your bank charges you for these too, move.) Another option is to not transfer the money at all, just leave it in your secondary account. With ING I have a debit card, I have bill pay, and I believe that you can also set up the more traditional checking account but you would need to double check on that. Main point being, you should not be paying your bank all of these ridiculous fees. They are total BS. I use two different local credit unions and neither of them charge for incoming wires or other silly fees. Five dollars here, $10 there... at the end of the year that adds up to a lot of money that you didn't need to spend. |
I get nailed for incoming wires, it sucks.

Just got the check dated July 12th - still haven't received LAST WEEK'S check, dated July 5th.
From the postings in this thread so far, that seems to be consistent with checks sent out to the NJ area. As CCBill states that this check went out ONE DAY late, and it is now at least ONE WEEK past due, what are we supposed to do about it? Do you guys imagine it will still arrive, or should CCBill just stop payment on this area's checks and re-issue the checks ASAP? How many checks are in this "missing bin"? Someone from CCBill please advise. Thank you in advance. BTW, I don't think asking the people who haven't been paid, for $20 to re-issue their missing checks, is really fair (assuming that is the answer). I have serious doubts now, that checks that are now this late, will be showing up anytime soon. |

It must be an east coast thing. Did the people from the West Coast get their check from 6/20? |

I'll gladly pay the $20 fee if Ccbill insists (first time I've had a lost check with them in about 10 years), however I don't think I should have to pay in this case since it's pretty obvious the problem isn't isolated just to me and isn't my screw up. I guess I'll wait a while longer yet... |

I still haven't received the one dated 7/4...

many of us are in the same boat, we know Ccbill is on GFY, how about an explanation from them?
|
We're also on the east coast, so yeah it's obviously an east coast thing. Not cool.

We understand your frustration and the inconvenience a late check can cause. We sent checks out last week in the exact same manner and fashion as we do every week, the only difference was that they were sent on the 6th due to the holiday.
It seems that a number of checks headed to the east coast of the US were misrouted once we dropped them off at the post office. As I am sure you can understand, once we drop them off at the post office we relinquish just about all control over them. We have a couple of options here. 1. We can wait for the check to either arrive or be returned to us. I believe this is the best option as I have been hearing from clients all week that the checks have been showing up. And 2. We put a stop payment on the missing check and re-issue a new one. This is certainly an option and if you want to contact me directly I will put the process in motion. The problem with this is that if the missing check shows up after we put the stop payment on it then you will not be able to cash it and will still end up waiting for the new check. Relying on the postal service for your payouts is a risk and that is why we also offer delivery via FedEx and wire transfers. If you would like to discuss these options or specifics to your account please feel free to contact me directly. |
I would like CCBill to hand deliver me the check, place it gently in my palm, kiss me sweetly on the cheek and then give me a handjob. It would be swell if the delivery person could be a woman.
Is this possible? :D |
Check today in Ks

Got my checks today dated July 06, 2010. Got to be the Post Office because they won't accept post metered checks with the wrong date. CC Bill had to have mailed them on the 6th, then who knows what happened.
|
Got my check dated 7/6 in today's mail and I'm on the east coast if that matters.
I'd say be patient and it will eventually get there. :) |
