Not true... i have a friend who looks just like this, insane. Looks like a damn crab walking around, huge forearms...(the top part of your forearm is actually still your bicep, FYI)...no i dont know shit about working out. HEHE

50kg cable crossovers and 90kg cable lifts (1/4 of a bicep curl) really pumps your forearm

Yes, he looks great and must be in the gym every day on top of the HGH and probably test and maybe some other stuff. His blood pressure might be high though, might be a health risk but he does look good and strong.
