Are there plugins or which is the best and has the most social sites for WP that automaticaly submits any new posts on your blog to social media sites like digg, delicious, stumble. reddit, ect

That would be against the whole consept of those sites, if they allowed automatically submit's

yes their is a plugin, its not free though, its called auto social poster.
