Do I have to pick just one? I guess I gotta go for Italian then, there's just too much awesome Italian food, and in my books I can cheat and basically count Greek as Italian. Love Mexican, Indian, all kinds of different Asian varieties though.

this week I've had confit of duck (French)
clams with white beans (Basque)
Lentils with chorizio, salt pork and morcilla (Spanish)
Pasta with pinenuts, bulb fennel and cherry tomatoes (Southern Italian)
today I've got miso soup with tofu, beech mushrooms, spring onions and udon noodles
tomorrow I'm having a chicken madras, bombay potatoes and a red lentil dhal.
