    Revenge on Sponsors who don't pay?

    hey,

    Whats everyone's thoughts on revenge to all these sponsors who are fucking everyone over by not paying them money owed?

    I'm only owed money by 1 sponsor and its only about $600, i've seen people here over the past few weeks owed $x,xxx by these sponsors.

    is anyone doing anything about it or is there nothing we can do?

    lots of these sponsors still have their paysites up and running and receiving traffic/sales yet they owe people thousands and it seems all we can do at the moment is call them out on message boards but that achieves fuck all really.

    do people ever take revenge back with web attacks to take down the sponsors websites, like a ddos or something?

    i'm just curious if there is anyone fighting these scum bags?

      I'm actually surprised no lawyers have stepped in for class action lawsuits, because many that quit paying still have at least active sites that could be seized and auctioned.

                              it will be nice if there will be at least one company sued, so others will be not laughing like now. if you want to run with your affiliates money and you are reading gfy, you must feel like it is very safe now ... shit

                                  agreed but at the moment it seems they are all getting away with it.

                                  There are many people here who have been fucked over by the same sponsors, is there some way of doing a group law suit where everyone who has been fucked over could try and get their money back?

                                      So is half of this industry's 'promotion', from what I've seen: Spammers, carders, chat, and 'misc'.

                                      If PPS wasn't driven so high, I don't think so many sponsors wouldn't have been driven to upsales and similar tactics to keep their bottom line.

                                      Neither one's in the right, and I'm not going to take sides on it, but you damn well better make sure your ass is squeaky clean if you want to go after someone who has more money than you.

                                      I refuse to work with people who don't pay me. It protects me, and I can sleep at night with that.

                                                                  I'm only about $600 and I have very limited legal knowledge but I'm guessing it would cost more than that to take them to court. Also I'm in the uk, is it the same proceedings to take a company abroad to court as it is a local company?
