Oh please, the entire situation is a set up to coincide with the release of her new film coming out, just about the time she is released from jail, the movie will be out. This world wide publicity will push her film into the 250-300M range + world wide sales (another $ 300M) and then dvd, EVEN if it sucks. If she has points in the film, which I'm sure she does, spending a week in jail is worth getting 40 to 50Million pop for her investment and time. Rock stars, rappers, actors, actresses have been using the legal system for years to boost sales and gain success. I highly doubt a professional succesful actress like Lindsy has allowed herself to go to prison because she couldn't follow the rules. These are masters of manipulation. Her producers, family and herself are all on the payroll. This scandal will propel her and her new movie into the limelight bigger than any tv commercial or movie review could ever do. Today it's all about scandal, not talent. We are witnessing pure genious at work. The best of the best for the creation of scandal creates hundreds of millions of dollars in the film industry. A week or 2 in prison is nothing compared to the real rewards that are waiting for them all.
