If I had been her... I would have went to jail when this shit first came up. It would have been over a long time ago. Instead she tried to avoid it and dragged in on and on and let the govt. make up stupid shit like: You are an adult, but if you even have ONE drink you are breaking probation.
She should NEVER have agreed to that stupid shit.
If I were a big star in Hollywood. I would move out of that town ASAP. The authorities used to protect their stars. They understood what buttered their bread in that town. But now? It's like every Barney Fife cop in town is trying to catch a star and get publicity.

Pretty high considering she has like 2 weeks or something before she has to turn herself in and start serving time. Not sure why they did that, is it a cali thing?
Maybe nothing will happen but giving someone with serious substance abuse and self control issues 2 weeks to stew on the fact they are about to be locked up in one way or another for the next 6 months seems like a recipe for disaster.

I agree! If anyone of us pushed the system like she has, we would have not even lasted past the second trial. This stupid woman always shows up to court late, has more than one DUI, full of BS excuses, abusing prescription drugs and who knows what ever else.......
She got caught, she fucked up..... was given too many chances and got what she deserved!
We have all messed up, got caught or didn't get caught, but I don't think I ever disrespected the system or any judges orders and I never had a DUI.

Just to clarify, about the picture I posted, I wasn't trying to point out those two 'cutting' scars, nor the tattoo. Do none of you see the needle scars directly on her vein, where her arm bends? These are commonly referred to as 'track marks' on intervenes heroin users.
Also a number of you have some very good points both for and against Lindsay. Personally I think that the media has demonized her. Access Hollywood (or one of those shows) was keeping a Lindsay Party Report where each night they would report that Lindsay was out partying 34 out of the 37 nights, etc. On the other hand she really is fanning the flames by insulting everyone's intelligence by saying things like that the recent cocaine party photo was a set-up and a whole bunch of similar incidents. What I think rubs people the wrong way is her constant bewilderment as to why anyone thinks she has a problem of any kind with anything.

That should be unconstitutional. In my opinion our rights as U.S. citizens took a dive back when the Supreme Court first ruled in favor of drug testing.
Talk about Invasion Of Privacy. It doesn't get any more private than what is INSIDE your body. No matter what you may or may not think of people partying or even being addicted to stuff....the govt. is completely out of hand in the United States.
