IBill _Cathy, good on you for coming on board but don't think IBill has heard the last of this.

1. What possible excuse can IBill have for unilaterally with-holding payment from clients ?

2. I have been paid for years by wire. All I am waiting on is reserves, don't try to tell me that you need updated information to keep doing what you have been doing for years. I was not paid on 15th December, I want to know why.

3. Why isn't payables or andrea ebanks answering my emails ? Why are fellow clients not getting responses from payables or their reps ? What is IBill's policy with regard to client support ? Does client support actually take priority in your company ?

4. What assurances can you provide that IBill will pay on time in future ? What assurances can you provide that IBill is solvent ?

At the end of the day I dont care about the above, I just want to be paid the money your company OWES me. If I hadnt left Ibill in October , Id certainly definitely have left by now. I hope your company learns from this debacle. It's very shady when you cant pay your bills no matter what the reason!

Well I emailed her directly with a copy of my several other emails sent to payables and my rep. Let's see if IBill Cathy can answer the simple question of when I might get paid by them.

On past performance Im not going to hold my breath, but if you are reading Cathy, the best way to shut people up is to pay them, then there would be no problem to respond to!

You can now see sponsored merchant amounts in the CMI.

If I look at the total sales from Nov 15 to 30 using a total revenue search the amount is different than the total listed in the Merchant Statement Summary area. In my case it is off from about 8 to 10% short per master account.

As well it is all greyed out and says check was not issued, which I gather is a point of concern.

New development here... just checked my CMI, and now the check dates for 12/15 and 1/02 that were there this morning are gone entirely, last check date listed is 12/01.

Well, this is not about any particular company (I don't want to be sued) but if you have a debt with a bankrupt company, you probably will not see a penny of it, so it might be a good idea not to let that debt grow. You would be in line behind the tax people and people with secured debts.

How can IBill excuse not paying clients but still processing rebills for the same clients?

How can your legal department be reached? Phone and email for sure does not work. Does it really have to be a legal notice of my lawyer?

What is the official policy regarding celebrity websites?

I saved those pages on my computer for evidence purposes. I was wondering why it took them so long to not show the amounts they are still adding to their debt by rebilling but not paying me.

Well [email protected] from IBill emailed me and said that I need to fill out the payment verification form in the sponsored merchant information area.

Trouble is [email protected], I'm not a sponsored merchant, I dumped iBill at the end of October - all I want now is my reserves! As I have already informed your company and the Payables Department several times I dont have CMI access or access to any other area because I am not a current account. Far be it from me to tell you that - you're the one with my client record.

Now, time is money and Im not wasting my time trying to teach IBill droids how to read and comprehend questions. The bottom line is that it's not all that difficult....

1. IBill have been paying me by wire for years
2. A short time after I stop processing with IBill my reserve payments stop!
3. Suddenly IBill needs my banking information verified.
4. I could have sworn I faxed my bank details when I authorised receiving
payment by wire years ago.

IBill - Stop bullshitting me and running your delaying tactics, you might be fooling some people but you are not fooling me. The simple fact is you OWE me money and Im not being paid it - it's your responsibility to get it to me and you are avoiding making the payment.

IBill_Cathy - If you are smiling and pressing palms at the show next week rather than being all hands on deck fixing this monumental fuck up then your company deserves to go down the toilet. Obviously IBill doesnt give a shit about its client base.

This is typical IBill double speak. I have always been paid on the 15th of each month, also what the fuck is an EU payout ?

I like how Im asked to confirm I didnt get paid in December , I don't think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing at IBill.

These emails with senseless information and questions with obvious answers leads me to start wondering whether IBill is just stalling. Does IBill have the money to pay its clients and if so, where the fucking hell is it ?

Well to give credit where it's due Cathy from IBill has responded and said emphatically that I will be paid. The fact that I have had positive feedback from IBill is a start, lets hope they follow through and actually send the cheque.

The Company isn't going out of business. Sure they're as corrupt as any other large Company these days. Hell, almost all of the senior and mid level management team are ex-World Com employees. Go to ftc.org and type in Dave Peterson. This is all public knowledge people.
I stopped using them back in '99. They were doing a good job for me then, but Christ am I glad I got out when I did.
So for those of you bitching and moaning I say this, shut the fuck up and quit whinning! I can't wait to see all you saps come and lick ass at the booth this week!

Monday came and went and IBill haven't confirmed I would get paid, despite assurances to the contrary by IBill Cathy.

What is going on with IBill ? Why aren't they paying people ?

It shows their priorities when they have people up at trade shows when it should be all hands on deck fixing problems!

IBill, why go to Internext looking for new clients when you cant service the ones you already have ?

I hope plenty of GFY people are making life uncomfortable for the people at the Ibill booth! Someone please post a pic of the Ibill Booth, preferably before someone takes their frustration out on it!

IBill Cathy, are you going to respond again and give us nice reassuring words or are you going to honestly explain to us all what has happened ? If you dont respond then the only conclusion we are all going to come to is that you were running yet more Ibill delaying tactics.

Whether customers quit signing up, cancelled, or this day gave sponsors and cc billing the opportunity to shave I do know September 11th had an impact on the adult business. My stats suffered along with several people I know. This is from a variety of sponsors not just 1 or 2.
