This article was written and posted on 7-06-2010 at 09:48 AM with no intention of monetizing my work writing it. Today on 1-10-14 I was hired by a new client who read this article and found it informative. Even years later it all remains true and the fact that writing it as a way to help others rather than myself has now lead to a new client relationship is an ironic way of proving everything the article set out to explain.
