Just had some kynd chicken salad to appease the means....It was tastie, best ever, but....her sammie could have kicked the mayo out of my sammie, its the left over finely marinated pork that put it over the line

Ohhh you have no idea. It was slow roasted in vegetable stock with onions, and encrusted with brown sugar. The tomato was vine-ripened from a greenhouse up the valley.

sounds good, except for the meat part. Maybe something similar can be created using tofurky.
