No but having done Photoshop competitions in the past the fair use defence of using a portion your image was something I saw coming miles off and you made a bit of a mess of asking him to stop using it thus provoking him a bit more.

And in all honesty, Damienj and you with your responses really make this thread very entertaining.

For the record, i dont condone content theft, but i do think you could have gone a better route with less public drama in fixing this situation, than this thread.
