If you order say a Silver prepaid card, can you upgrade it later? Are the fees the same as if you ordered the upgraded one initially?

You are welcome to upgrade the card at a later date, and no, there is no difference in the cost if you do so when you first ordered the card, or down the road.
We now have the ability to collect extra documents, and bump your card limit to 25k.
