We're with CCBill, but have uterlised all their cool toold like cascading to Epoch built in so the affiliate gets credit ! And a whole bunch of other stuff to enhance the sale... and depending on volume we will pay out 70%...

No relying on cross sales or Bro Club handshakes... we might not be rich bitches, but we'll earn a honest dollar (did someone in the adult industry just say that !)

So any spare traffic going, sign up to our program (ok a little dancing on the grave!)

Email me [email protected] for details to BETA our new stuff... SPAM over... :winkwink:

Let me translate :

"Hi ... we are closing tomorrow, wont be paying out anymore even for money owed, oh but its just the affiliate program, we are keeping all the sites and traffic. Thx for all the free traffics suckers!"

DiF0r 07-03-2010 12:49 AM

It was a cool program with nice content

BAKO 07-03-2010 01:33 AM

They had the best content back in the days

icymelon 07-03-2010 01:40 AM

why would they not send an email to all affilaites

nolongerexists 07-03-2010 01:41 AM

a looot of good memories with them. If David reads it, thanks for superior program man! :-)
and lol at those thinking they were dumb guys with great content, i bet they banked on PG brands and moved on to bigger deals.

If they are good guys and we helped them make it big... then why would they fuck affiliates on the way out?

What if they sold the program 1-2 year ago? At least they are saying that they are going to pay any pending payments.

happens - content shooter wakes up and realizes the program he's shooting for is making 1 million a year and he's making 100K. sometimes content shooters are worth keeping very happy, this guy is one of them.

Quoted for the truth.

What Raul was doing was probably worth more than any program would pay him. So he went to where he got paid the best. The same any affiliate would of done with their traffic. The real shame is no program was prepared to pay the money it costs to shoot that level of quality content.

Even PG never bothered to replace him.

How many have moved to a no affiliate model now?

When AdultCheck did this years ago they completely under estimated what would happen when people pulled links. Traffic grinded to a halt. There are program owners who know this and that will keep programs open. I don't think the revshare programs are getting hit any where near as bad as the others.

did ya miss smth? ... http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showpo...5&postcount=96 ... lets see if they really step up to that statement :2 cents:

just a punk 07-04-2010 03:17 PM

I've removed all their links (including the splog posts) so I don't care. RIP Gonzo!

The Porn Nerd 07-04-2010 03:32 PM

Next, programs will be announcing closings via Twitter - from the airport as they're heading outta town.

beta-tester 07-05-2010 08:11 AM

I just sent them an email to see if I'm going to get my 80$ that I have there.

It's really sad to see them go, though. I had a lot of ways of sending them traffic... and now I had to cut all that. Too bad.

MrBottomTooth 07-05-2010 08:53 AM

Ugh. I have about $85 in there too. I don't see how they can just keep it without feeling like a rotten thief.

Agent 488 07-05-2010 08:56 AM

weg said they would pay and they never did. i really have no hope for any of these failed companies.

beta-tester 07-06-2010 07:50 AM

bump for our money! I didn't get reply from them...

Kenny B! 07-06-2010 08:57 AM

I love when a program gives 1 day notice!

Far-L 07-06-2010 11:37 AM

Said it before and will say it again...

Most of these companies that have closed the doors had reputations for screwing surfers and were accused of all sorts of ill will over the years and now when the webmasters are getting the shaft they act so freaking surprised.

I would call them all pathetic if I didn't feel such a responsibility and an obligation to reach out a helping hand and offer our program as a way to reconcile their losses.

LiveDose 07-06-2010 02:47 PM

I am so glad I saw this coming the last two years. We have been preparing for all of this..

Abracadabra_nl 07-11-2010 08:21 AM

Perfect Gonzo.... That was so 2005.
I don't think they've come up with a new website the past few years.

beta-tester 07-11-2010 09:10 AM

so, can we get our money or not?!

maxxtro 07-11-2010 09:22 AM

How is shutting down the affiliateprogram going to make things better?

Ecchi22 07-11-2010 09:28 AM

They said goodbye to me few years ago, removing my account and keeping the profit for no reason :)

Many things kill a program. First a foremost, idiots who have no clue how to run a business.

You kidding yourself if you think they are "ditching the affiliate model". What is really happening is their ship is sinking and they are kicking the affiliates off now so they can try to stay a float a little longer by keeping all of the affiliates future revenue. However that will only last so long, months...

These companies are going out of business, not ditching a model. :2 cents:

Exactly, its not. In the short term it is a big boost of income for them because they don't have to make affiliate payments, and they will still benefit from the traffic people are sending that didn't know about the changes. But that will only last for a short period of time. Removing affiliates is the #1 way to put the nail in your coffin for your business. If you can't be profitable on your affiliate's traffic then there is a very good chance you wont make much money off of in house traffic buys. And your volume of new traffic/sales will drop off big time.

Agent 488 07-11-2010 09:21 PM

yes not one of these companies who have supposedly ditched the affiliate model somehow can't raise the money to start to pay the affiliates what's owed.

they are just broke.

They will announce it after the fact:

" Notice to affiliates - Company XYZ closed our affiliate program on July 1st. If you didn't receive the email then ( :1orglaugh ) this is our public notice to make sure everyone knows. No payments were sent after June 15th. We thank you for your support! "
