I know this is not the right area to post this but since all the changes of the industry maybe one of you guys or a friend of yours are starting a new cam site
I have experience of 3 years been the manager of One of the largest Cam in the models department and looking for a full time or part Model manager job . my good job was big part to the success of the site i was the gateway between the models and the company.
I did everything everything from advertising to working with agents and models
Once the model start working online i made sure she is motivated to make money and monitoring her to make sure she is not doing anything illegal.
i gave the model Technical Setup and Support too on everything from their initial setup to one going to tech issues models may have.
I have experience with Paperwork , payouts , also detecting all types of fraud that models do
And the most important thing i have a very huge icq list
with contacts of models all over the world US , Canada, Russia phillipines , colombia , Argentina , Venezuela etc etc i also have contacts on Rumania and Russia
that are always looking for new models
I have a very solid reputation and great relations with models and studio owners i was the models department manager for 2 years and fraud analyst for 1 year i just stoped working with them few weeks ago since they moved out of the country but it was a great experience and i loved my job
Besides that i also have a college degree of Bachelor Business Aministration from Idaho State and i speak 3 languages (Spanish English and Portuguese)
