Except few in adult have any real money to do decent dollar business anymore, especially in the past 24-36 months. With programs going under, affiliate moving on to mainstream or other ventures, there simply is not a lot of growth in adult any longer.
I, like many others in this industry, have also diversified into other things, online and off. While I still shoot new adult material for my clip stores and pay sites, and continue adding pieces to my adult network for traffic and SEO, it is done more out of love and as a hobby now.
Sure, it still makes decent money in adult, and more than 90% of the people posting on this forum. But I really do it more for fun. I always loved working in my niches and catering footie porn to my footie brotherin'. Many I have known for the most of my 13 years online working in the niche and through various incarnations of my site(s). However, it is more fun when you take the paycheck piece out of the equation.
That said, my bread is buttered in other markets, with a lot less work.

I still pop in and post as time permits, But when I was posting here all of the time, I was getting PAID to do so. I did not simply post on GFY for free or as some sort of psycho-therapy. When posting, it was to make money. Otherwise, there really is no point.
Whether I was helping out some friends with some referrals, or pushing some of my own sales, there was always an objective for a sale at some point.... Keeping the sales funnel filled up.
Spending endless hours of my life posting on a message board for free, arguing with complete strangers, was never of any interest to me. When I was helping out a few friends with some referrals I do not mind bitch slapping a few of the usual suspects who in turn kept a thread hopping 'toe da top' for exposure. Despite what others think, it has always worked for closing business.

I am actually leaving in the morning for L.A. to work on this new COLO deal for the hosting stuff (scouting out multiple locations), also to enjoy a well deserved vacation with the GF. Then I will be back a few weeks before heading to Vegas.
I am going to be there a bit longer this year to hit both the mainstream, and adult shows. I have some business to do on both side of the fence. Looking forward to some more catching up ole buddy.

Thanx. I keep pretty busy and i only rent it out to 4 of my friends. Keeps it clean and i never have to worry about shit going missing. Especially when one clamp cost $50, sand bag costs $30, a C-stand costs $200 and you have 25+ of each.
The pics are just randoms i take here and there before my shoots when i remember. Just added high-speed internet for streaming live while i shoot some of my scenes.
