Linkspun is good. Paid blog posts/blog post swaps are also goodComment

I have been doing 50 trades week on linkspun and the trades have stayed online for the most part. few guys are slow to post the trades but most users add the trades quick.
Linkspun is easy to use. really couldnt be better tons of different users in the network so the quality is pretty good as well. I have a few serps that have moved into the top 5 after doing trades in linkspun. not sure what else I can say to prove linkspun is top notch.
If in doubt try half you sites in each network and see which one is better and report backNetwork Of Adult Blogs With Hardlink Rentals AvailableComment

Yea linkspun is nice.
The main problem with it is that people are so google PR focused there, caring only about that. It could use its own mozrank type of a system (or at least show mozrank itself). One other problem is that you can't open most of the navigation links in a new tab which would make it quicker to find trades..Comment

As if I missed this thread.
My opinion is obviously biased so I'll just let the users speak.

are you serious, i get 10 requests a day from guys taht want links on PR3/4 sites with nothing but splogs to offer back.
the only thing that sets linkspun apart from thunderball is that there are fewer people looking for trades to crappy german sites.Comment

Hey there, we did add target_blanks to several of the links internally, but with an average user visiting 20-30 page views per visit (several visits per day), it would be ridiculous to pop 20-30 new windows each visit.
Let me know where you see them being an advantage and more efficient and we can do it.
Unfortunately I think this is the nature of the beast, being a new tool/system. It's pretty evident to me while looking through accounts that most people add their lesser sites or networks first to try the site/tool out, then proceed eventually to add their higher quality sites. Often they get added as hidden afterwards and only trade with friends.
I expect to get pelted with high pr, aged site to crappy splog requests. I sort through, and in short time you can identify them and just block the users who are trying to 'pull a fast one' and get a big links for a small link.
In 2-3 PR updates, on in 2-3 months, the tables may switch on many of those sites, so I dont block them, I just ignore the requests until I see some movement on their networks.
Actually I've been watching our daily users and I think we are officially 'busier' and more active then any of the other sites/tools available.
When we launch our new features in the next week or two the userbase should substantially climb as we are bringing in a whole other field of webmasters. (gay webmasters).LinkSpun - Premier Adult Link Trading Community - ICQ - 464/\281/\250

Thanks, and your post actually inspired me to do a little digging. Here's some actual raw stats from the site.
As of this post we've had 26,016 Trade Requests sent out.
There is currently 4,664 in "Requested" status (many of these will turn into actual trades)
There is currently 8,467 "Active Trades" on the site right now.
So basically, if we just forget about the 4,664 in limbo (could be either a trade or a decline) we still have 26,016 requests sent, and 8,467 Active Trades from them.
1 in 3 average across the entire site for Requests to Active Trades. If we factored in the percentage of the 4,664 in limbo it would be close to 1 in 2.5 requests becomes an active link.
I thought that was fairly good. Now I'm wondering how I can improve that ratio which would in effect bring up the whole efficiency of the tool.
Well thanks!Last edited by Jdoughs; 08-05-2010, 01:03 PM.LinkSpun - Premier Adult Link Trading Community - ICQ - 464/\281/\250
