Anyone out there lives in a mobile home?
Anyone out there lives in a mobile home? I always wonder how it works in Toronto/Ontario.
- What driver's licence do I need to have to drive one of those mini mobile home? Is it difficult to get the licence? - Where can I park them overnight in GTA area? If the location has the facility for mobile home, how much is the gas and water per month? How much is the monthly parking? - Any special permit I need to acquire to drive the mobile home? - Do you see mobile home a good investment? Can I actually rent it out to a 3rd party if I decide not to live in a mobile home one day? - What are the pros & cons I should be aware of? - How much do you think I should set aside to achieve this dream? Any inputs from mobile home owner will be greatly appreciated!!! I am thinking of the possibility of living in a mobile home and probably doing some travelling...
