    Site Owners: It's time to stop giving all your content away for free!

    I think large and small site owners will agree:

    Control your free content and stop purging the internet with free samples of everything you have.

    Nobody will buy the cow if you they can get the milk for free.

    We've tightened up our FHG policy and are now covering up some of our free photographs.

    Put the "Tease" back into your images and create a seller's market again.

    It's time to stop giving it all away for free!

    Your job isn't to get people off for free.... it's to make money online.

    The old theories are not working anymore. The Internet has changed. Every year the market is generating less and less profits. Why? Becuase YOU are putting out FREE CONTENT. FREE = $ 0 income, not increased sales.

    The market is changing. This online buyer's market is killing your profits.

    Take the market back. Control your content. It's starts with you, the Site Owner, and not the affiliate.

    Affiliates will make more money if you control your content. You will be happy, affiliates will be happy and surfers will have to take out their credit cards if they want to get off.

    Remember late at night, stumbling into a liquor store, wanting to buy a porn magazine, BUT, the magazines were all wrapped in plastic? You still bought one, because you wanted to get off. The merchant didn't let you jerk off in the liquor store and put the magazine back on the rack? NO. You bought one only looking at the cover because you wanted to get off.

    We are going to wrap our sites up in plastic. Cover the good stuff up, and tease the hell out of the surfer.

    Make them pay if they want to get off to your content.

    Stop listening to "tube site owners" and people that think change can not happen. It starts with you and your content.

    The market is changing everyday. Let's make it change in our direction. Make them all pay to get off. Stop the surge of FREE CONTENT and GET PAID for your content.

    Control your content and TEASE the hell out of your surfer.

    When men fall in love with a face online, they'll PAY to see her naked. If you show them everything for free, they WON'T BUY. Make 'em all pay!

    Find a way to put the TEASE back into your free samples without giving it all away for FREE.

      Most people in this industry never learned how to sell. They simply played the numbers game with traffic. Today you need to know how to sell consumers. Those who do not know how are being forced back to a paper hat.

                              It's not an issue of 3, 4 or the 5th fhg, it's about controlling content.

                              Site owners will agree and in the long run you will understand also. Mass release of free content = 0 sales.

                              We have to start somewhere and with some type of control over our own free content, otherwise our business will go under like 95% of all adult sites do. Site owners know what I'm writing about. Affiliates don't care as much because when one site goes under, they just start repping another site. You make a living off of other sites, we don't. You have to look at it from our perspective.

                              Our problems are not isloated to just our 2 sites. This is an internet wide problem with all site owners.

                              Just Google Apple Twins Pics or Jolie Twins pics... you'll see what I mean. Or Google any of your favorite porn star and you can see her for free... is this why we are in business? To get everybody off for free?

                              There has to be some start, some begining of change in the direction of a seller's market again.

                                  No affiliate would want a REVSHARE sponsor he is pushing to go under. Trust me you putting out 2 instead of 3 FHG's a month is not changing anything.

                                  I agree that you should try and keep the content off the tubes and surfer boards but restricting affiliates from using too many(how many you have total? 10?) FHG's on the same site is cracking me up.

                                                                  The days of the impulse buyer are over, what you suggest is marketing towards those impulse buyers, but they are a shrinking market. Instead, the only remaining buyer is the HARDCORE porn buyer. The guy who consumes a lot of porn. He is a seasoned buyer and wants to see quite a bit of what a site has to offer before he spends his money.

                                                                  Personally, I would never join a site before I've seen at least 20 or 30 minutes worth of video from different scenes so I know it's not a scam. Trust me, if you talk to your members they will tell you they looked around a bit before joining, watched some videos, did some searching, etc.

                                                                  Anyway, just another way to look at it.

I've seen every trend come and go and watched idiots who can't even spell "bankruptcy" think they know the business, when in fact they were just in at the right time and don't know much of anything.

                                                                          I've been selling more tease for the pass three years and my sales have risen 38%. In a time when most everyone else is failing and losing, my income and members are growing. I actively keep my content off the tubes, boards, file sharing and as many torrents as I can.

                                                                          Another thing I do is not post my sites here. I don't talk about how I make money here. Why? Because most everyone here is an idiot who will just through 1000s of useless hits at my sites and then complain when they can't convert their Chinese shemale midget traffic on my ____________ sites, which have nothing to do with the traffic they send.

                                                                          Do what you think is right. Put yourself in the mind frame of a CONSUMER and not a webmaster. Most webmasters don't know anything let alone how to operate a business, truly analyze stats or think like a consumer. I laugh out loud at some of the posters on the boards and the shit they think is right. I was here before they thought they could get rich in adult and I will be here long after they are back failing at another job outside of adult.

                                                                              You are partly correct, there are many hardcore porn consumers. However impulse consumers are still there in overwhelming numbers.

                                                                              It would do most pornographers good if they spent a little time studying physiology and focusing on the physiology of sexuality. Most surfers are still impulse buyers. The ONLY difference between now and a few years ago is those same impulse buyers no longer have to buy because they are sidetracked (impulse) by free porn elsewhere. They never even make it to your site. An impulse masturbator will find it difficult to get out of Facebook without blowing a nut. Heaven help him if he comes across a free blog with tons of content or a tube.

                                                                                                                                                                  i'm in an interesting position with my site, my live webcams are free, so if the viewers are patient (cams are 24/7, so it's boring when theres no .. activity) they can see whatever they want for free -- but the interesting stuff all gets archived into a members only gallery they have to pay for. no full frontal in the free galleries. it's the impatience and impulse that converts, which is common.
