238 presidential scholars: Bush worst president of modern era, fifth worst in US history
The Siena College Research Institute?s Survey of U.S. Presidents finds that experts rank Franklin D. Roosevelt as the top all-time chief executive. The 238 participating presidential scholars ranked the presidents using 20 qualities: background, party leadership, communication ability, relationship with Congress, court appointments, handling of U.S. economy, luck, ability to compromise, willingness to take risks, executive appointments, overall ability, imagination, domestic accomplishments, integrity, executive ability, foreign policy accomplishments, leadership ability, intelligence, avoidance of crucial mistakes and scholars? present overall view.

lol I don't think we needed scholars to tell us that..on the flip side I think it's a bit early to rank Obama even though I do support him. Kinda hard to compare him when he hasn't even finished his term TBH..
