I wouldn't be surprised if Slovakia puts up a good fight, but yea, Netherlands will probably crush them. Betting to me is only fun if you can win a lot so I'd either pick a specific score or spread or would bet on Slovakia just in case vs. simply taking Netherlands to win with hopes of winning a tiny bit.
