dunno how many are thinking about getting 4.0x forum software from Vbulletin, but I say bail ship, software is getting horrible. "Chock full of bugs would be a huge understatement, and the horrors to come doing minor upgrades, which have to be done because over 250 bugs are being found per week or so on average...
Just a complete nightmare.. stay where you are or find a better product, this one has little hope left, even the support is rude and quite frankly.. not very intelligent.
Found all this out after their system spies on my forum all day long, so after a upgrade which fucked all my shit up.. it told me instantly i had to pay them $170 for a branding license... What nerve, to fuck up my default template and tell me I have to pay or be suspended, When i emailed them, saying you screwed up my site you pay me to fix this crap, i got a very rude NO, we dont honor others templates, And a instant suspending of my license... (It was their template) That's how rude they are, they dont even understand, nor care, just like to slap people around... He did reactivate me, with no apology of course and just a asshole as well.. Must be a stressfell job having to deal wiht outsourced overseas coders
4.0.3 had over 250 bugs fixed, and they even stated they didnt get them all. And we have already found a dozen on the 4.0.4 already... in just a day
