You've never seen one of those before? There must be at least a few dozen of those around. Like any other automated appraisal, it'll be worthless most of the time. For instance, one of my partner's businesses is $107.23 on that and it's a business that makes 6-figures a year.

Looks pretty much a websiteoutlook clone.
Any of these appraisals based on Alexa rank, estimated impressions and ad revenue are pretty much meaningless. Plus a domain is worth as much as a motivated buyer is willing to pay for it. |

I'll sell any domain I have for the price listed on these sites. There is no way they are actually worth that much.
