So what do you focus on doing when and if your internet connection goes down from you provider?

I have a T1, and a cable connection. So I am rarely without internet. However, it does happen when the power goes out a few times a year.
Every time it has happened at this house the GF was over, and it was in the evening or at night. So I just sucked and fucked her and went to bed. Nothing else to do really. -
