    Jesse James all set to stalk his ex!

    He's moving to where she lives.....

    At a custody hearing Friday in Orange County, Calif., his attorney John Schilling confirmed that the 41-year-old biker -- who shared a home in Seal Beach, Calif., with ex Sandra Bullock -- is permanently moving to Austin "at the end of the month."
