    total body transformation update. [pics]

    so it's been 2 months since my last update and here's the latest.

    top left pic taken 6 months ago 180 pounds 16+% bodyfat
    top right pic taken april 16 170 pounds 10%bf
    bottom pic taken this morning 168 pounds 8.3% bf

    i am happy with how things are going but i have made some mistakes in my diet over the last 2 weeks, as i bumped my carbs up significantly- i am diabetic and messed up my insulin dosages as i tried to adjust for the massive increase in carbs. consequently, my blood sugars skyrocketed (in the 400 range) then would plummet as i fired more insulin in response. the resulting rollercoaster bloodsugars caused my body to start eating some muscle.

                          thx, i was actually hoping to see better results after losing the additional ~2% bf, not much difference b/w the 2nd and 3rd pic, i hope it's just due to the blood sugar issues.

                                                                          5'11" i tend to agree, i do look flat atm, but it's due to the bloodsugar issue, my body ate up some muscle over the last 2 weeks, if i had taken a pic 2 weeks or so ago, i would show you the difference. it's frustrating, i had several more pounds of muscle, i hope it will come back quickly as my insulin requirements level out.
