                            Yeah, I think the cop was in the right for decking her, but he never should have put himself in that situation alone. He could have easily been mobbed and killed. Not smart.

                                        They really shouldn't take to police anybody, there should be a special mentality requirements.

                                        One of polish generals sad recently what he thinks the ideal soldier is. "The ideal soldier is a guy around 30 years old with family and kids and with strong psyche. All other things can be trained."

                                        They should do special psychological test for future police officers to make sure they take mature people.

                                                (CNN) -- A Seattle police officer who was recorded on a cell phone camera punching an alleged jaywalker in the face has been temporarily reassigned, a department spokesman said Wednesday.

                                                                    Actually they do psychological tests on cops before they hire them. The problem is that you can ask people things and you look at a person's life and get an idea of who they are and how they will do the job, but until they are in the situation you never know how they are going to respond.

Maybe their was a pedestrian accident recently and they need to enforce it for pedestrian safety. Maybe that area has a ton of jay walkers and it has started to interfere with road traffic.

                                                                                    We have a cop that sits in his car everyday around 3pm when school is out and yells at kids on his mic to use the cross walk, and if they don't, he chases em down. So who knows.
