I've never smoked but used to get through a huge amount of sugary drinks until I just stopped buying them. Water ever since now for about 4 years.
I sort of think that too. Your body will be eating up your muscles to keep it going.

Yeah it was hard as hell to leave the store without cigarettes when quitting.. I think I smoked the butts from my ashtrays and sweated about 10 pounds off... but then it was a snap! lol
