    Selling most of my sites ..

    Hello,
    I'm thinking to sell most of my adult sites.

    In the last years I've focused in the Lesbians niche and most of my income is from the lesbian sites .. the income is middle to high $x,xxx a month.

    Lezporn.net
    Lezsexmovies.com
    and some general tgp/tube ..
    Freehotgallery.com
    Pornvie.com (Mechbunny script)

    and some other nice domains ..

    Traffic is about 100K per day on the lesbian sites..
    Big percent SE traffic .. big amount of top keyword listings in google and yahoo like lesbian sex, lesbian porn, lesbian sex movies, lesbian videos etc...

          Glad you're in no hurry there dude. LOL If you get 100,000K hits and ALL you make is a measley $x,xxx per MONTH then you're asking too much $ AND your sites don't convert well enough to earn the initial investment back in a timely manner.

                      Think about that .. you're building some sites for years, they have stable income long time .. and you will sell it for 6 months??

                      Most of the guys in this forum are just here to argue with someone for something .. And many wants to buy sites, sit and do nothing and make big money .. well if you can good for you ..

                      I have no problem to wait .. even if I don't sell them now .. I'll not sell these sites for no cash ..

                                  I DO honestly wish you the best of luck dude!

                                  It's just that six figures is high, and 24 months of revenue is beyond what, today, most Investors would consider. Maybe 18 months max but many are looking no further than 1 year to recoup their initial investment.

                                  But hey, if you're in no hurry then maybe the economy will turn around soon and six figures will look reasonable!
