I've sent several emails to Ryan, and a last one to Kelly as well to resolve an order I paid for.
But I still haven't gotten the harddrive with content they promised.

They said one was shipped, but I never got it, and then Ryan promised to send another, but still nothing.

If Kelly or Ryan reads this, please either deliver the content for order #225 or give me a refund as well.

OK as a fellow content provider I am suppose to post in here right... Hmmmm...

We're fairly new... only had one complaint ever, and that was more down to a misunderstanding between us and the client, with them believing a package we was selling was "hardcore" when infact it was soft teasy stuff... we resolved the problem immediatly with them :winkwink:

We do rely on word of mouth for a lot of our sales... our content business is pretty much a second string to our own websites... but yeah good word of mouth is important.

Sorry this is kicking off like it is... if you ever want to sell our content on Kelly sure you wont get no complaints from your customers :thumbsup

Yes I know shameless plug, I would ask for a Lollipop too, but I know what you porn stars do with them :winkwink:

We have almost exactly the same problem as PhDV and a new hard drive should have been sent out "tomorrow" a couple times already, for a few weeks nobody is replying to emails or ICQ messages anymore.

To whom can I point my content guys to get this finally solved for good?

My screen froze whilst checking out for a small amount...

I got charged twice...

They agreed to "deal with it"...

A few weeks passed and I suggested instead of a refund they credited my account...

They didn't...

I complained to their processor CCBill - they basically told me to fuck off...

I asked AFSC once more to refund or credit - they simply didn't bother answering...

Despite it being a small amount the principle annoyed the fuck out of me...

My credit card company contacted them - again no reply so the company charged back...

Well fuck me the next time I go to use my Visa business credit card to buy content from Scarlett - a superb content company - the transaction is declined by CCBill...

They say because I charged back on AFSC my card is now on their "blacklist"...

I'm trying to sort this out - but for the sake of a few dollars AFSC have royally screwed me...

Glad I saw this thread. I was thinking about making a future order from them for the company I work for. If you say your content is hd and it looks like shit, I would be pissed also. Not to mention having a hard time getting the required docs. Then they talk to thier customers like they are a total piece of shit lol.
Ive bought contact from a few people on this board and never had any problems like this.

Ryan is actually helpful and will get you what you need. Kelly is a complete disaster and has run the company into the ground. If you deal with the company, go directly to Ryan.

Gotten the tracking number from Ryan as well now, along with an update from
Fedex that the package was picked up and is on it's way.

Well I wish I did some checking before i ordered from them.. Same thing happen to me.. Missing photosets, missing 2257 forms and 100 HD videos with 2 to 4 sec delay in sound felt like i was watching a old kung fu movie..

Kelly was great tried toget things worked out..

They did fix the missing 2257 issue and missing photosets

This is where it went bad. The 100 HD videos were never replaced I was told new harddrive will ship tomorrow and then two days later. No now its really going to ship. After 3 weeks and not hearing anything from AFSC for a week i contacted CCBILL and asked them to make contact and get this worked out they also were unable to make contact and just refunded me my money back with out question.

What got me confused Is this Was an easy fix just send me a new hard drive with new content. And I offered to come to them and do the exchange since im in their area atleast once a week. Or I would mail both hard drives back to them. So since i was jerked around to point of getting a refund they have lost out on the shipping cost and a 500g hard drive. So i guess business is so good they can afford to take a lost like that or the videos were like that from the start and couldn't be fixed

I have nothing Bad to say about Kelly Other then since The refund she will not answer my ICQ. I offered to re order the 100hd videos if they could get it to me asap and make sure they all played ok.

After all this headache if they could still fill the order i would re order. It was a great deal and I already wasted two days shorting the shit out.

I have all emails and screen shoots to back my story up.. The last email I got told me to keep all content and they would re send me a hard drive with content and if i was happy with it they would charge my card at that time.. But now i can't get an answer back...

Hopefully they will get some order in the way they do business.

As said on ICQ yesterday, and now repeated on GFY today... you're not happy, and you don't like me personally cuz I'm a woman so prefer to deal with Ryan, so we'll issue you a 50% refund as requested.

sometimes people should keep their mouth shut instead of talking crap like that. How can you call HD something that IS NOT HD? You cannot stretch 640x480 video to HD because it's NOT HD, and instead of admitting you've provided poor service and poor product you keep expeling some petty crap excuses. Do you even have a clue what HD is?

It's obvious that the unhappy customer dislikes you because you're UNPROFESSIONAL, not because you're woman or a pornstar.

What a fucking shame for the industry.

Ok todays update with AFSC.. Talk to Kelly she was out of town for the last week.. We were able to work everything out..

Every business has its bumps. The content is great stuff at a great price so if your looking to fill your members area with tons of content and not go broke while you work on your own projects then hit Kelly up...

I've used them a couple times. Content was good and 2257 info was there for every girl but 1. Tried to get that and their system failed me. Everybody is going to miss a little something sometimes and my other stuff was good and done quickly and easily. Like I said though everybody is allowed a fuck up as long as I don't think it was a screwing which I don't. I'd buy from them again but I wished I could get that 1 girls 2257 someday, she was cute.
