I'm really fed up with these lies....
You can read the facts in my first post.
Summary is here:
- I requested refund on April 30 cuz I didnt receive what I had paid for
- Then there was 1.5 mo. of silence from AFSC team
- HD from AFSC is actually their own HD format which is far away from real HD
- Still haven't received my partial refund in full
- I paid for my content using epass, why should I receive my refund by wire transfer??
- You can see how AFSC talks to their customers in this thread
- Still havent received my license from them

I'm done here.
AFSC can keep the other part of our partial refund... we don want this. This is official.
We just want our license.

I should pop in and say I had problems with AdultFilmStarContent too that delayed order delivery by several weeks but in the end it got sorted out. Their content quality varies a lot but for the price it was still a good deal.

After this thread I'm a little hesitant about ordering again though, otherwise I would order again sure enough.

When we received the first drive there were 100 files and 2257 docs. Since we had another content to encode we didn't start to encode that one right away. Then Kelly asked if I wanted the rest of HD videos.

Sorry to hear you're hesitant about ordering again. But as you said even though there was an initial delay, we got your order to you and the price was amazing. It's pretty clear to see there was an agenda with this initial post. Just about everyone has seen through that agenda. We surely hope you will as well, as we have a lot of great content being added on a daily basis and we now license DVD's too.

They said one was shipped, but I never got it, and then Ryan promised to send another, but still nothing.

We're fairly new... only had one complaint ever, and that was more down to a misunderstanding between us and the client, with them believing a package we was selling was "hardcore" when infact it was soft teasy stuff... we resolved the problem immediatly with them :winkwink:

We do rely on word of mouth for a lot of our sales... our content business is pretty much a second string to our own websites... but yeah good word of mouth is important.

Sorry this is kicking off like it is... if you ever want to sell our content on Kelly sure you wont get no complaints from your customers :thumbsup

I got charged twice...

They agreed to "deal with it"...

A few weeks passed and I suggested instead of a refund they credited my account...

They didn't...

I complained to their processor CCBill - they basically told me to fuck off...

I asked AFSC once more to refund or credit - they simply didn't bother answering...

Despite it being a small amount the principle annoyed the fuck out of me...

My credit card company contacted them - again no reply so the company charged back...

Well fuck me the next time I go to use my Visa business credit card to buy content from Scarlett - a superb content company - the transaction is declined by CCBill...

They say because I charged back on AFSC my card is now on their "blacklist"...

I'm trying to sort this out - but for the sake of a few dollars AFSC have royally screwed me...

Glad I saw this thread. I was thinking about making a future order from them for the company I work for. If you say your content is hd and it looks like shit, I would be pissed also. Not to mention having a hard time getting the required docs. Then they talk to thier customers like they are a total piece of shit lol.

Ryan is actually helpful and will get you what you need. Kelly is a complete disaster and has run the company into the ground. If you deal with the company, go directly to Ryan.
